Landlord Fees: 

(Correct as of 1st January 2018) Landlords - Fees are per property unless stated otherwise. 
 
We can save you over £1000 per annum compared to some of our local competitors delivering the same or an enhanced service! 

Agency Fees: 

All our fees are inclusive of VAT unless shown otherwise. 
We do not charge commission's on contractors works. 
We do not charge tenancy renewal fees. 

Marketing and Set Up fees: 

£210-£270 Per property (depending on location) 

Agency Fees: 

Bronze - 50% of first months rent achieved + VAT for Sole Instruction (minimum of £360.00) 
Silver - 6% of rent achieved +VAT 
Gold - 8% of rent achieved + VAT 

Inventories: 

Inventories are priced on a per property basis based on size, furnishing, location and inventory service that is required. Landlords taking our Gold Service receive a full inventory service from Check In to Check Out, including mid term inspections for the price of the initial Check In Inventory.

Landlord Legal (Rent Guarantee) 12 month Insurance Policy £125.00

Agency Fee- Key Cutting £12 plus cost of keys 
Agency Fee - Additional Property visits requested by Landlord £30.00 
Agency Fee - Major Project Management £36 per hour 
Agency Fee- Rent Reviews/Tenancy Renewal/Deposit Management (free on Gold Service) £60.00 
Agency Fee - Resending Monthly Statements £18.00 
Agency fees are guaranteed for 12 months.Other fees may vary according to the rate charged by external suppliers/contractors.
